I make media.
I want to work on the rules behind it.

I've spent eight years in production: commercials and hospital films in Ahmedabad, event video and edits at York, then two years storyboarding digital learning modules for a Toronto studio. The job was always to help people understand something — a brand, a service, a subject they'd never seen before.

I've been following elections and policy since 2014, and I'm now turning that into a career: a Certificate in Public Policy and Public Administration at Guelph, with an eye on broadcast and telecom regulation.

I'm a fan of this stuff first — comics, music, film, and the whole question of how it gets made and who gets to see it. If your organisation has something complicated to explain, I'd like to hear about it.

  • Directed the visual and interactive side of digital learning modules through full storyboards and detailed narrative instruction.
  • Worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Learning Experience Designers to build media narratives for North American and European markets.
  • Ran quality assurance passes that lifted content consistency and team throughput.
  • Managed project asset archives and worked with senior media leads to keep deliverables aligned to client strategy.

  • Handled post: footage ingest, rough cut assembly, audio sync, motion graphics.

  • Assisted directing, scheduling and organising commercial shoots for clients including Brillare (with celebrity stylist Jawed Habib) and Narayana Health.
  • Delivered character animation, title animation and audio sync for digital sketch campaigns — “Cigarette Vs. Breakup”, “Story Of Every Goa Trip”.
  • Designed posters, memes and campaign material for social distribution.
Oct 2017 – May 2018

Telemedicine & Technical Intern

SETU (Rann Setu / રણ સેતુ) · Ahmedabad, India

  • Ran weekly virtual telemedicine clinics serving 40+ patients per session in rural Kharaghoda.
  • Relayed doctors' notes over WhatsApp and kept the video link standing long enough for consultations to finish, on a setup built from whatever was available.
  • Managed the technical kit and patient data systems that kept the network running.
